I don"t think people (in business) give recruiters and talent acquisition specialists enough credit, with respects to finding the right talent (Candidate) for the right client (Employer). This piece gets into exactly that!

I truly don't believe people in business give recruiters and talent acquisition specialists enough credit, with respects to finding the right talent (Candidate) for the right client (Employer). In fact, I don't think people truly understand how much of the process must be reenacted for each potential recruitment. That is why I have recently created a Lifecycle process, with complex lifecycle phases, gates and workflow states.
As a Lead, Sr. Web Software Engineer, I am one of those Candidates from time to time, whether it be a new contract with another company or a full time role. Although each process differs slightly, the overwhelming part of the process of being that Talent, in which a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist attempts to convert into a final offer letter is the same. Moreover, there are many reasons why you could nail an interview with your skills or presentation, but fall short because the hiring manager is in major need for an uplifting team lead or requires a very particular skill or technology that trumps all other reasons, and almost always due to someone just leaving or landing a brand new client/deal which requires a skill or technology the employer said they already had. You can't beat yourself up if you don't land a role. At the same time, don't just assume anything. At the end of the day, the Employer's time, money and/or preference outweighs your's and/or your recruiter's, and what they need right now matters. That is why you must find a way (a process) to make you most effectively available and ready to handle as many interviews as possible, while still respecting the time of your next employer, as well as your recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
Product Lifecycle Management is the process of managing a Product through it's entire Lifecycle, from conception to Time-to-Market.
Being a full-stack developer, I am often responsible for the co-development of the full lifecycle process of a software and/or web application project development. I use a large array of technologies, so developing Lifecycles and Workflows that completely encompass the Talent Acquisition to Final Offer Lifecycle Process is a very natural thing, given how much I work with recruiters and talent acquisition specialists in between contracts and/or full time positions.
More Importantly, however, is that the Talent Acquisition to Final Offer Lifecycle Process is made up a series of complex, but manageable, life cycle phases, gates and workflow states. The custom process I developed is as follows:
A future version of this article while outline each and every life cycle phase, gate and workflow state above. For now, if you are a Candidate, especially in web software industry sector, you are encourgaged to study the above Lifecycle. Get familiar with phases and gates that may prevent a Candidate outright, ensure you take in the important steps of rate confirmation and your rights to repsentation with respects to their potential clients (your future employer).
There are many ways in which recruiters and talent acquisition specialists handle the lifecycle process of taking talent from the pool, sea rather, of potential candidates. I simply create lifecycle processes, much like the above, for a variety of industry sectors, while being able to do the work too. The company structure I look for is that of a relatively stable environment, with an engaging philosophy, smart & collaborative teams, and a friendly-but-firm culture. Moreover, I have created a section on my website aimed at providing prospect clients, employers, recruiting firms and talent acquisition specialists a better way to obtain common occupation details needed for most roles, such as my latest 2022 resumes, desired locations, citizenship & more! Go to this website section NOW!
In the process of spell checking in real time. Will make updates to this section to this article on 6/29/2022.
