Now at a Flat Rate by Employment Type: Whether you require one service or multiple, our promotion offers a flat rate for all services based on the latest supported employment types and their tiers.
Decide on Rates & Services by End of November, 2024: Take advantage of the November to Remember discount by selecting your desired service(s) and contacting us on or before November 01, 2024. Any project length agreed upon will be honored with the discounted rate.
To some of my startup clients and/or employers, this may appear straightforward, and that's fantastic! After all, simplicity is the goal we all aspire to, isn't it?

Some employment type tiers may involve the use of staffing firms, while others may not. Notably, you'll observe a significant variance in rates when collaborating with staffing firms. This intentional adjustment is my way of acknowledging that businesses seeking assistance are already incurring additional costs. It's a proactive approach, demonstrating my commitment to invest in the partnership from the outset.

Without a doubt, my most recent career experience with RedCurve Solutions, Inc. from 2018 to 2021, was one of the best experiences I have had in a very, very long time. As the Lead, Sr. Web Software Enginner, I was fortunate to be the spearhead of a pretty serious super structure for our product suite, was tested in every way possible, and even learned some things I did not even know could ever be a real-life scenario in a Development environment.
Without a doubt, my most recent career experience with RedCurve Solutions, Inc. from 2018 to 2021, was one of the best experiences I have had in a very, very long time. As the Lead, Sr. Web Software Enginner, I was fortunate to be the spearhead of a pretty serious super structure for our product suite, was tested in every way possible, and even learned some things I did not even know could ever be a real-life scenario in a Development environment.
In fact, I wouldn't change too much with a longer career deployment. Quite simply, my current goal is to hunt for a project similar to the needs of me as a Lead, Sr. Web Software Engineer, with the addition of having an existing IT Team with a strong understanding of common Development workflow and lifecycle processes, as well as a well established Development Team hierarchy.
I certainly want to work with a great company that has a great culture and dedicated employees. No doubt. It's a must, really. I also want to work with a lot of different technologies if I am allowed the privilege.
Being a full-stack developer, I am often responsible for the co-development of the full lifecycle process of a software and/or web application project development. I use a large array of technologies even at my core strength level, such as Asp.NET 2.0-Core (WebForms & MVC), HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, Web API & more! I am also bettering my AngularJS, raw Javascript & AWS Cloud skillsets as well.
Back in the Saddle!
There are a couple of things I need to do now that I am back on the market!
Getting my 2022 www.jSilvestri.com website up (the site you are viewing now) and running again is definitely one of them! I currently do not have my website up, because I couldn't have a competitive market website up in the public space while on my most recent contracts. Conversely, it is a priority of mine to get it running because the website had the latest in Azure Cloud computing, Asp.NET Core, and responsive views for smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers baked right into it! It's also a heck of a proof-of-work!
So, my plans are to have my 2022 web & mobile application running by 2022 as long as everything runs smoothly, so please keep a lookout! I'll be sure to post an update when I go LIVE!

The company structure I look for is that of a relatively stable environment, with an engaging philosophy, smart & collaborative teams, and a friendly-but-firm culture.
